I create visuals that blend creativity and precision — from digital artwork to 3D compositions and motion design. Much of my work focuses on music-related projects, including album covers, promotional artwork, and music videos.
My goal is to translate a sound, a mood, or an idea into a powerful and memorable visual identity that resonates with the audience.
After the therapeutic album Lueur (featuring vocals by Colin H. Van Eeckhout), Sal-Ocin continues the exorcism by composing a new album.
Through the medium of old 78 rpm phonograph records from the early 1900, each song captures a different demon. Resulting in a dark and ghostly ambient post-industrial soundtrack from oblivion.
This album is composed of five digital illustrations.
Each of them was then made an animation.
You can discover the augmented reality by the QR code
corresponding to its illustration.
Then visualize them through your smartphone.
A music album is more than just sound — it’s a whole universe. Video is a powerful way to bring that universe to life and connect with listeners on a deeper level.
For this project, I created two complementary formats:
An introduction video (teaser):a first glimpse into the mood and identity of the album. It sets the tone, sparks curiosity, and invites the audience into the story.
A music video/visualizer: a simple yet immersive video paired with one of the tracks. It enhances the listening experience and gives the song a visual presence that reinforces its impact.
Together, these videos extend the album beyond audio, turning it into an experience — one that listeners can see as well as hear.
Beyond the album, Iter In Tenebris is brought to another level of experimentation.
The music performed by Nicolas Van Meirheghe (Empusae),
is accompanied by a live experimental movie,
allowing you to fully penetrate into a fantastic universe
from which one does not come back unscathed.

Complete visual and artistic direction for the Lueur album project for Empusae, including album illustrations, posters, and concept development. I also directed the art and visuals for the album release event at the iconic Ancienne Belgique, featuring performances by Colin Van Eykhout, A Sun Amissa, Treha Sektori, Bart and Karen Willems, and more.
The project included media material, a music video I created, and a mini-tour in Japan with three dates, bringing the album’s world to life both visually and experientially;
